Milinda Jayawardena has devoted more than 25 years to Ceylon tea. A master tea taster, blender and exporter, he joined Almar Teas in 2009 and has led the company as Director and Chief Executive Officer since 2013, carrying Sri Lanka's finest teas to buyers in more than 30 countries.
